Prices
At Laudrup & Dufour, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

Payment
We accept payment with:

Payment is only taken when the order has been shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to make corrections in pricing and to avoid any items being sold out or discontinued.

Delivery
We ship your items with GLS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The delivery time is typically 1–4 business days. You will receive a track & trace number so you can follow your package. If the package is clearly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse receipt. This puts us in a better position with regard to compensation and enables us to send you a new item faster.

Right of complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint on physical goods according to the Danish Sales Act. If you discover a fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laudrupdufour.com and attach a description and a picture of the problem. If the complaint is approved, we will of course cover the shipping costs.

Refund
When requesting a refund, please provide your registration and account number.
This information is treated confidentially and is used exclusively to process the refund.

Right of withdrawal

Physical goods
You have 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@laudrupdufour.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

• The return must be made no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the cancellation.

• You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We can provide a return label upon request.

Digital products (video greetings)
When ordering personal video greetings, you agree that we will begin delivery immediately. You also agree that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any loss of value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. If the goods have been used beyond this, only part or no part of the purchase price will be refunded, depending on the commercial value of the goods upon receipt.

Refund
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments – including delivery costs (but not additional costs for delivery methods other than standard delivery). Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation.
The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase – unless otherwise agreed. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation for the return.
